Ashley a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Woodstock clinic. Ashley enjoys working with a variety of ages and disorders/delays. Private practice is important to Ashley because she can treat the whole family, answer questions and support caregivers as well as develop a relationship which fosters carry over and trust.
Amy graduated with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. She has been practicing Occupational Therapy since 2006 in the area of pediatrics. Amy has experience in a variety of settings including school system, home health, and private practice.
Caryn Baum is a licenced Speech Language Pathologist practicing for over 25 years. She has worked in early intervention, public, private schools, clinics and owned her own private practice in Northern Virginia. Relocating to Georgia in June 2013, Caryn has been servicing Bartow and Cherokee County schools and private clinics.
Sandra Hunt is an ASHA Certified SLP. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from Berry College and her Masters in Communication Disorders (CD) from Georgia State University. Since graduating in 2005, Sandra has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at the elementary school level in the Bartow and Fulton County school districts.
Margie Hammett is a pediatric occupational therapist with experience in both outpatient and school based settings. She has a passion for helping children and families reach their best potential in all activities of their daily lives. She received her masters in occupational therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia and has been a practicing registered occupational therapist since 2016.
Page graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. She then earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. She has been a licensed and registered occupational therapist working in pediatrics since 2014. Page enjoys working with children of all ages and diagnoses including Autism, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and more.
Becca is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a passion for helping children become better communicators. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Georgia with a BS Ed in Communication Sciences and Disorders where she received the award of Outstanding Honors Student in education.
Michele Goggins has been a Speech Pathologist for 17 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology with a minor in Education from Pace University, New York. She received her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Kean University, Union New Jersey.
Carmel graduated from Augusta University with her Masters degree of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in August 2014. She has four years of pediatric experience, using hippotherapy, aquatic therapy and clinical settings to address gross and fine motor skills, sensory perceptual skills, emotional regulation skills, cognitive skills, in children of all ages.
Kelli graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from MS State University in 2012. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2016. She has experience working with children birth to 21 years of age with a variety of diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Developmental Delay, Autism, and Torticollis.
Martha received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA in May, 2017. She has 1.5 years of experience in outpatient pediatric therapy. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC in 2014. Martha has been working for Hearts and Hands Therapy Services since July, 2018.
Jasmia obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 2007. She earned her Master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Alabama A&M University in 2009. Jasmia began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the public school system where she worked full time until joining the Hearts and Hands Therapy team.
